At Lo-Fi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If the fit isn't right or the vibe isn't perfect, we've made our exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
